We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Livermore, California.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills :

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines, conducting keyword research and developing SEO strategies in order to improve organic ranking

Manage technical SEO tasks such as site audits, link building, and page speed optimization

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals, including managing daily postings and engagement across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Collaborate interdepartmentally with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and messaging

Monitor industry trends, conversations, and competitors to inform campaigns

Conduct analytics and results reporting on campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools; using results to provide insights to improve ROI and support data-driven decisions

All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in SEO and social media management

Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub for posting, campaign management, and SEO analytics

Proficiency with additional SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Experience in healthcare, B2B marketing, or professional services preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
