Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM (Eastern Time)

Location : Remote (U.S. Based)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position supporting clients across home, clinic, and school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, ethical ABA services and mentoring others in the field.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision to RBTs and BCBA Supervision Students in alignment with BACB guidelines.

Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress through data-driven decision making.

Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support generalization and consistency of programming.

Review session data and provide ongoing clinical guidance and feedback to staff.

Write and maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance authorizations.

Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 4 years of post-certification experience.

Experience across clinic, home, and school-based environments.

Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising RBTs and BCBA Supervision Students.

Reliable high-speed internet / WiFi connection suitable for telehealth and team meetings.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Experience with electronic data collection platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst, DataFinch, or similar).

Experience writing and submitting insurance authorizations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently within a collaborative team environment.

Schedule & Availability

MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM Eastern Time.

Must be consistently available during scheduled hours and responsive to team communication.
