Key Responsibilities
Manage resolution of complaint / appeal scenarios across multiple business units
Ensure timely, customer-focused responses to complaints and appeals
Identify trends and emerging issues, reporting and recommending solutions
Required Qualifications
1 year experience with HMO and Traditional claim platforms
1 year experience in Medicare, benefits, compliance, regulatory analysis, or related fields
High School diploma or equivalent
