Temporary Project Manager

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects related to NCQA Accreditation and other key internal initiatives for one of our clients. This is a 6-month temporary assignment offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact on organizational quality and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.

1. Lead and facilitate virtual project team meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups.

1. Track and report project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.

1. Document meeting minutes, decisions, and project updates in SharePoint and other systems.

1. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support NCQA Accreditation readiness and internal process improvements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, Human Services, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.

1. Strong virtual meeting facilitation skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.

1. PMP certification strongly preferred.

1. Knowledge of NCQA Accreditation processes and / or the healthcare industry strongly preferred
