Preschool Teaching Assistant - Gan Academy

We are looking to hire a wonderful teaching assistant who can join our small preschool! We are proud to have a small one classroom school that focuses on close family and child relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support lead teacher in daily classroom operations
  • Develop and maintain a curriculum that is fun and educational for 3-5-year-old children
  • Ensure that the school is fostering an environment that is inviting and nurturing for the children
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques
  • Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
  • Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
  • Track children's progress and report to parents
  • Communicate with parents regularly
  • Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

SKILLS

  • Passion for working with children
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills
  • Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable

    • Job Types : Part time to full time, Contract

    Pay : From $20 / hour depending on experience
