$1,820 to $3,054 per week

  • Monday - Friday schedule with 32 guaranteed hours no weekends or call
  • 22 - 28 patient units expected weekly
  • Home health setting providing adult care services
  • Coordinates care within home care environment
  • EMR : Homecare Homebase
  • Experience with OASIS documentation required
  • Plans and implements individualized patient care plans
  • Physical, psychosocial, and cognitive rehabilitation services provided
  • We provide complimentary housing and travel
  • We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
