Job Summary

Michael Aram is a luxury Home & Fine Jewelry brand, with flagships stores in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. We are seeking both part time Sales Associates with a competitive drive & an entrepreneurial spirit. The store is located in Westfield Topanga Shopping Mall.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate and thinks outside of the box.
  • Driven by challenge and the desire to achieve goals.
  • You make your own opportunities and thrive on the hunt!
  • Enjoys working one on one with customers, developing relationships & creating an experience every time they walk in.
  • Passion and ability to communicate the narrative of our brand
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising & housekeeping standards
  • Protect store assets & Inventory

Requirements :

  • 2 years luxury retail sales experience
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proven independent judgement and initiative while working within the established policy and procedural guidelines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite & Outlook
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift safely up to 25 lbs.

    • Compensation :

    The hourly rate for the full time Sales Associate position is $18 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, sales associates earn commission on a percentage of each individual sale, offering strong earning potential based on performance.
