Senior Indirect Procurement Analyst
ComPsych is growing its Finance team by adding a Senior Indirect Procurement Analyst to assist in building out ComPsych's centralized corporate procurement function. The Senior Indirect Procurement Analyst is responsible for evaluating, consolidating, and negotiating ComPsych's vendor agreements across all departments, as well as researching, analyzing, and securing various products and services essential to support all aspects of ComPsych's business operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead ComPsych's procurement initiatives to create a centralized, corporate procurement function
- Conduct in-depth analysis of all inter-departmental vendor contracts, existing and historical spend, and additional vendor offerings
- Consolidate various vendor contracts to reduce cost and further merge vendor services and offerings
- Research and identify procurement organization and analytical tools / strategies to organize all vendor contracts in a centralized location
- Analyze historical spend to develop procurement strategies and ensure alignment with department budgets
- Perform cost benefit analyses, review contracts, and negotiate the most advantageous pricing with vendors with RFPs and RFIs including business terms while building and maintaining strong supplier relationship
- Provide strategic guidance to ComPsych leadership pertaining to future strategy and development of ComPsych's procurement function
- Work with Departments and manage supplies inventory and order points
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field3 to 5+ years of experience in a range of Indirect Spend categories and managementStrong negotiation and contract management skills with attention to detailProficiency in MS Excel and Word / Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plusSelf-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomouslyExcellent organizational and project management skillsEffective interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits and Perks
