Manager Business Process Automation

As a Manager within the Business Process Automation Center of Excellence (COE), in partnership with the COE Director, you will be responsible for the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of automation tools across enterprise-wide business groups. This includes supporting initiatives related to Process Mining, Document Automation, Robotic Process Automation, and emerging automation technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, providing leadership, coaching, and change management to drive strategic outcomes, accelerate innovation, and enhance operational excellence.
