Total Compensation Package from $85,000 to $112,000 annually.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.

In this role, you’ll oversee clinical services across various settings (clinic, home, community) and provide guidance to RBTs and junior BCBAs. You’ll ensure treatment plans meet client goals while assisting with leadership tasks and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
