Microsoft Power Platform Developer

BayNova has an exciting opportunity for a SharePoint Developer to join our team in support of an important federal government client, in a fully remote / work from home role.

Job Responsibilities Work through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional / technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support.

Responsible for all project designs and documentation.

Serves as a primary liaison between the product owner and the project team by assisting in identifying, understanding, and documenting their business needs.

Works closely with, and mentors, SharePoint team members to ensure knowledge sharing and effective solutioning.

May be assigned to more than one project in parallel, and report to multiple stakeholders.

Documents user stories or tasks.

Conducts presentations and communicates product features to both technical and non-technical communities.  Executes tasks for maintenance, development (and architecture design) or migration in the scope, schedule and budget, of SharePoint projects, including but not limited to :

• Integration and customization of SharePoint products and features using M365, especially SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with building modern SharePoint sites using out of the box features with an emphasis on modern design.
• Develop workflows using Power Automate Flow.
• Design and develop dashboards, and reports using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate when appropriate.
• Create and customize forms using Power Apps Canvas Apps.
• Provide end user technical support.
• Migrate SharePoint features and data with ShareGate.
• Prepare and deliver SharePoint end user training materials or instructions.

Qualifications :
