job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTest, tune, and troubleshoot RF / Microwave modules. Perform fine adjustments and inspections under the microscope. Use test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters. Maintain and update test records, spreadsheets, and quality reports. Manage inventory of materials and support production requirements. Collaborate with team members to meet project and production deadlines. Associate degree or higher in Electronics or related field. 5+ years of experience in RF / Microwave testing and tuning (preferred). Proficiency reading schematics, drawings, and bills of materials. Hands-on experience with analog circuitry, soldering, and microscope work. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced production environments.

Seeking a skilled RF / Microwave Test Technician to join a leading communications technology manufacturer :
- testing, tuning, and troubleshooting advanced RF / Microwave modules, including hands-on work under the microscope
- strong RF / Microwave experience for someone who enjoys precision work and working with cutting-edge test equipment.
Location : Morgan Hill, CA
Schedule : Day Shift (6am-2 : 30pm) or Swing Shift (2pm-10 : 30pm)
Pay Rate : $27 – $35 per hour (DOE)
