Responsibilities
Lead art direction and execution for ecommerce site creative, email campaigns, performance marketing, and digital brand assets.
Ensure all digital creative is mobile-first, optimized for user experience, and aligned with EVEREVE’s brand standards.
Partner with digital, marketing, and merchandising teams to design creative solutions that drive traffic, conversion, and retention.
Leverage platform expertise in Shopify to optimize creative execution and performance.
Concept, design, and present campaign and seasonal digital creative directions to leadership, including the CMO and Creative Director.
Stay ahead of email design best practices, user experience trends, and platform innovations.
Mentor art directors, designers and developers on digital-first creative execution, maintaining a high standard of craft and innovation.
Qualifications
BA / BS in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in digital design / art direction, with a strong focus on e-commerce and email marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design, ecommerce creative, and digital campaigns.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS; experience with Shopify, Klaviyo platform creative best practices and digital platform integrations required.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of email-safe design.
Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and digital customer journeys.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Passion for retail, fashion, and leveraging digital platforms to tell brand stories and drive performance.
