Ehlert Bryan is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead projects and grow with our Orlando office, with the opportunity to eventually step into a leadership role managing the branch.

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected structural engineering consulting firm with a 40+ year history, a strong repeat client base, and projects across the U.S. and overseas. We're looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager who is excited about both technical excellence and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and train junior engineers while fostering team development.
• Support business development and help grow our presence in Florida.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of our Florida office, with a clear path toward office management and leadership.

Ehlert Bryan is a collaborative team of approximately 40 engineers, drafters, and support staff across offices in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Florida. Our projects range from overseas government facilities to schools, high-rise apartments, and residential additions. In Orlando—our newest office—you'll have the unique chance to help build the practice locally while enjoying the full support of our established team in VA and DC.
