Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking Full-Time Environmental Service Associates to join our team!

Schedule : Day 7 : 00 am 3 : 30 pm with every other weekend commitment

Location : Darby, PA

Department : Environmental Services

Reports to : Manager Operations, Environmental Services

Position Purpose :

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking Full-Time Environmental Service Associates to join our team!

What You Will Do :

• The Environmental Service Associate promotes sanitary conditions, which prevents the spread of infection and odors.
• Demonstrates knowledge and efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions, equipment and tools.
• Performs all cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean, orderly and good operating conditions.
• Responds rapidly and thoroughly to emergencies, special needs, spills, etc.
• Exercises good judgment while working around patients and visitors.
• The Floor Tech is required to work every other weekend and every other major holiday.
