VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Press Operator in the Coldwater, Ohio facility.

  • STARTING WAGE OF $21.32+$1.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
  • GENEROUS PTO upon completion of 90-day probationary period
  • WEEKLY PAY
  • Overtime is currently available
  • OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT IN TO SKILLED POSITIONS SUCH AS SETUP, LASER, WELDER, MACHINE ROOM, AUGER, ETC...

    • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : ​

  • Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
  • Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality
  • Perform in-process inspections on components being produced
  • Complete required logs and shop tracking cards
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
  • BE ABLE TO MAKE PIECE RATE
