Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is looking for a Resident Assistant to join our team! The Resident Assistant provides indirect patient care activities. Assists residents with activities of daily living, comforts and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for residents during meal times.

Position : Resident Assistant

Position Highlights :

• Provides morning care, which may include cleaning overbed table, straightening room, setting dining room tables and other general care as necessary throughout the day.
• Prepares residents for meals and services, removes food trays and assists with meals or assists residents with eating.
• Distributes drinking water, ice and other nourishments to patients

Experience : High School diploma Pleasant & helpful personality

Education : Attend in-service programs, as assigned, to learn procedures and develop skills and meet state requirements. Attend feeding assistant class to assist some residents with eating
