Medical Center Faculty Team is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to help shape the future of Family Medicine. Provide leadership, supervision, mentorship, education, and administrative oversight of residents. Clinical duties include all aspects of family medicine, including the physical, emotional and social health from birth through adulthood Health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases 3 : 1 resident to faculty ratio Rotating call and in-patient responsibilities with other faculty members Compensation & Benefits : Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan Relocation allowance CME Allowance Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, CME) Retirement Plan 403(b) Plan and 457(b) with employer matching contributions available Professional liability with tail coverage Life, Health, Dental and Vision Long-term, Short-term Disability Community : This region features a blend of suburban and rural landscapes, characterized by charming small towns and a strong sense of community.
