We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our commercial and residential clients. This role is essential to ensuring our customers' comfort and indoor air quality.
Core Responsibilities :
- Installation : Install new HVAC systems (only when demand is high for this position), including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork, following manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Diagnostics and Repair : Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in existing HVAC equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters to maximize system longevity and efficiency.
- Emergency Service : Provide on-call emergency repairs for urgent requests outside of standard business hours.
- Client Relations : Explain service options and maintenance plans to clients in a clear and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and services rendered.
