We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Material Handler IV role. This role is part of a career lattice where our employees get rewarded and recognized for cross training and learning new skills. Team Members will be cross trained based on various tasks in support of production operations.

What will you do in this role?

• Performs various tasks in support of production operations.
• Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Learns how to problem solve and how to follow standardized practices.
• Learns how to follow work instructions. Works under close supervision.
• Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role
• Learns professional concepts and company policies and procedures.
• Learns lean concepts, actively participate in process improvements
• Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and / or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
