Description :

As an Automated Test Engineer / QA Automation Lead (Investment Banking), you will : -

• Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks for smoke, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated scripts for quantitative model validation, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
• Partner with developers, quants, and business users to integrate testing early in the SDLC.
• Build automated suites using Python (PyTest, Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress) and integrate with CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Test cloud-based applications and large-scale data flows across Azure / AWS environments.
• Deliver actionable reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement recommendations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of automation strategy, testing frameworks, and quality engineering for complex, data-driven financial and quantitative systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in automation design, quant model validation, and testing within Wall Street environments—not retail banking.

We’re looking for someone who shows career stability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
