Essential Duties

  • CNC and manual machine setup and operation, ensuring part creation adheres to exact specs.
  • Analysis of technical blueprints and drawings to guide manufacturing processes.
  • Execute meticulous quality checks, guaranteeing output meets stringent industry criteria.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal function.
  • Partner with engineering teams, navigating challenges to achieve streamlined processes.
  • Maintain a pristine, safe work area in accordance with best production practices.
  • Create detailed logs of production metrics and maintenance operations.

Your Skill Set

  • High school education or GED; further technical training in machining is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience as a machinist with a high level of process understanding.
  • Proficient in both CNC and manual machine operation techniques.
  • Adept at interpreting complex technical documents to drive efficient production.
  • High-level attention to detail paired with a dedication to quality craftsmanship.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with collaborative teamwork capabilities.
  • Commitment to sustaining high workplace safety standards.
