The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Mgr Communication & Feedback to lead our Communications and Feedback team. This first-line manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that support our AGT enablement and sales and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in communications, exceptional writing skills, and proven program management capabilities.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Communications and Feedback team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with organizational priorities and drive engagement across AGT sales and revenue functions.
  • Own the creation, editing, and distribution of high-impact content including AGT Live, newsletters, executive updates, enablement sessions, and feedback reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across programs and initiatives.
  • Manage communication calendars, feedback loops, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and relevant updates.
  • Analyze feedback trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and program teams.
  • Support town halls, offsites, and other key events with communication planning and execution.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a sales or enablement environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with communication platforms, feedback tools, and analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

    This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
