Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for the Customer Success Team
Create training materials and conduct training sessions through various formats
Assess training needs, monitor effectiveness, and provide ongoing support to team members
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in coaching, training, or presenting
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in creating and delivering training content
3+ years of experience in a training or learning & development role (preferred)
