StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Friday 7am through Monday 7am every other weekend
• Practice Setting :  Level II
• Types of Cases : Low Risk Pregnancy. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis), High Risk Pregnancy (Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications Required : Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure Required : Ohio license
