What You’ll Do
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structuresParticipate in on-call for after-hours emergencies.Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionallyInspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readinessMaintain tools, equipment, and inventory of suppliesPrepare reports, logs, and service documentationAssist with renovation and construction projects as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesRequirements : What You’ll Bring
HVAC certification required- Type II or EPA Universal4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific roleStrong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety proceduresAbility to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environmentsComfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditionsExcellent communication skillsAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsA proactive, team-oriented mindsetAdditional Details
