A company is looking for a Senior Variable Compensation Analyst to support the accurate calculation, reporting, and distribution of monthly variable compensation payments for the RISK business unit Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the Xactly Variable Compensation System and related systems for the RISK Business Unit
Calculate monthly and year-to-date Variable Compensation for various RISK Sales Teams
Provide financial reporting to meet client expectations and deadlines, supporting both department level and individual sales professionals
Required Qualifications
College Degree in Finance or Accounting; Compensation and / or Sales Operations experience preferred
5+ years of relevant experience preferred
Experience with Xactly
Familiarity with internal support systems is a plus
Strong personal computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
