Project Manager - Civil Construction

Job Title : Project Manager – Civil Sitework

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil sitework construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing projects that include earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and related scopes. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations of civil sitework projects from start to finish

Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

Oversee field crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance

Resolve issues in the field and support effective problem-solving

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications :

3–5 years of project management experience in civil construction

Strong background in earthwork, grading, and underground utilities

Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
