Bilingual Retail Store Manager I (58463) – Mobilelink

This role requires bilingual English / Spanish communication and leadership to drive sales and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Create a work environment where all employees can excel and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Educate personnel on the compensation plan and help maximize sales.
- Partner with the District Manager and other stakeholders to launch new products, services, or processes.
- Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
- Assist Human Resources and Loss Prevention with internal investigations as needed.
- Assist on the sales floor to coach and develop store personnel;
- Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.
- Respond promptly to communications and ensure timely completion of required training.
- Protect store assets and participate in outside sales events or promotional activities when required.
- Represent Cricket Wireless at events, engage with customers, distribute materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must be fluent in English and Spanish for the bilingual role.Two (2) years of proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius when needed.Valid driver's license and auto insurance.Shift
8-hour shift – Weekdays and every Saturday
