Job Summary :
The Vice President of HRIS and Payroll is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving payroll operations, HR technology, and employee service delivery across the organization. This role requires deep payroll expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead large-scale HR system implementations. The VP will partner with executive leadership to influence strategy, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency through process improvements, technology, and change management. This position will oversee and engage a hybrid workforce, effectively leading both in-office and remote team members across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the Payroll, HRIS, and Employee Service Center teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient services across the organization.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a complex, multi-state workforce.
Drive optimization and continuous improvement of HR technology, reporting, and analytics.
Oversee the Employee Service Center to ensure high-quality employee support, consistency, and scalability.
Lead cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact, including payroll / HRIS upgrades, process redesign, and compliance initiatives.
