Salary : Job Purpose :
As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Aspire Womens Clinic patients, providing a warm, organized, and welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth clinic operations, effective communication, and administrative excellence. The Receptionist plays a crucial part in follow-up care, appointment coordination, and patient hospitalityhelping to build trust and continuity throughout each patient's experience. In addition, this role is a key team player providing key administrative support for both clinic and ARC staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Interaction & Front Desk Care
- Greet and check in patients in a compassionate and professional manner
- Interact with patients on the phone regarding appointments and schedule
- Make follow-up phone calls and reach out to patients who missed appointments
- Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding transportation, including ordering third-party transportation (ie : Lyft)
- Send ARC appointment reminders
- Collaborate with Call Center as needed to facilitate smooth clinic operations
- Maintain confidentiality by making sure door between lobby and clinic remain close
Administrative Support & Data Entry
Schedule follow-up appointments as neededAudit patient charts for accuracy and completenessTrack and maintainkey metrics as requested by Manager
Support clinic & ARC staff as needed with administrative tasks (copies, scan,etc.)
Enter daily information into electronic medical record (clinic and ARC)Utilize HopeSync to share relevant resources with patients and send out real-time prayer requests and praises to prayer team.Utilize flag system in electronic medical record to facilitate smooth transition of patients from clinic to ARCReceive deliveriesEvent & Hospitality Coordination
Manage lobby upkeep and maintain inventory of clinic and ARC suppliesOrder clinic and ARC supplies as neededCoordinate food and volunteer sign-ups for ARC classesWrite and send thank-you notes for ARC-related giftsOther Responsibilities
Attend departmental and volunteer meetings as necessary.Assist with fundraisers / event planning and tours as necessary.Qualifications
Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.Exhibits a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position.Agree with and is willing to uphold Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and policies of the ministry.Possess the characteristics of self-control, honesty, humility, courteousness, respectfulness, and responsibility when engaging with staff, volunteers, and management.Willing tosubmit to
