Leads staff in delivering accurate demand and shipping forecasts and providing meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations. Duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and taking active role on the sales and operation planning process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the Integrated Business Plan Process for the assigned portfolio of products.
  • Develop an understanding of the NA region including customer needs, macro-economic influence, policy, distribution channels, competitive landscape, and overall therapeutic area(s.)
  • Monitor and communicate progress of regional strategy and tactics, and risk mitigation, to ensure business success.
  • Along with key stakeholders actively participate and be a voice of leadership in IMT meetings related to the portfolio.
  • Ensure MAPE & BIAS are continuously improving. Lead demand events in a volatile business environment.
  • Conducts advanced analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Demand Planning strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data are timely reflected in the main Demand intake systems.
  • Lead demand allocations.

Qualifications : Education :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree or MBA and / or focused degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or Analytics preferred
  • Experience and Skills :

    Required :

  • A minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Pharmaceutical / healthcare supply chain / planning experience
  • Ability to influence business partners and build consensus
  • Strong analytical skills and business sense
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and / or Commercial Quality
  • Demonstrated end-to-end thinking and learning agility
  • Experience leading / managing projects or initiatives
  • Ability to build robust working relationships cross-functionally and cross company
  • Familiarity with planning systems (SAP, Anaplan) and processes (IBP, SnOP, monthly planning cycle)
  • Other :

  • This position may require up to 10% travel, domestic and / or international
  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $100,000- $173,500 USD

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
