Security Officer

The Security Officer is a part of a team responsible for the security and safety measures throughout the Hotel. They will assist in the strategic oversight of every aspect of the Resort's physical security and safety for Guests, Residents, Employees.

What you will do :

• Actively participate in day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Respond properly to any hotel emergency safety situation and document guest and employee incidents.
• Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the Hotel to reduce accidents and loss by providing training as required.
• Assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs.
• Provide basic security services, key control, guest and function room lock problems / reprogramming, guestroom safe malfunctions, and lock out.
• Project an image of friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to provide personalized services to all building occupants, workers, and neighbors, whether over the phone or in person.
• Make recommendations to the Director of Security and other department managers.
