Job Summary :

As a commercial operations analyst, you will take a front-office role supporting the operations of our Energy Management Team and developing commercial acumen. Responsibilities will center around the growth of power, environmental, and mid-marketing commodity trading. Familiarity with energy markets is expected, and candidate will learn domain specific knowledge and be expected to grow rapidly within the team. Analyst will assist commercial operations analyst, act as a back-up and become familiar with the operation and marketing of REV assets.

Job Functions :

Deal Flow and Contract Management :

• Manage contractual workflow for Energy Management team, such as ISDAs, RECs, power and other legal review items
• Work across internal and external stakeholders to move transactions to completion
• Support commercial and contractual terms and negotiations
• REC operations; settlements and delivery
