Position : Engineering Manager

Location : St. Louis, MO or Belleville, IL

In this role, you will work closely with our other offices to grow and lead a client-focused, technically excellent transportation and traffic engineering team serving local, statewide, and nationwide clients in planning, design, and construction projects.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead projects and teams related to transportation planning and design, traffic studies, and / or construction engineering
• Develop and mentor staff
• Collaborate with other disciplines
• Maintain client relations
• Drive new business development
• Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
• Partner with leadership and team members across the Transportation Group and the company

Compensation :

Salary Range : $105,000 - $140,000 (to be determined based on experience, education, and internal / external factors)
