job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform comprehensive physical exams and obtain detailed medical histories Develop personalized wellness and treatment plans in collaboration with patients Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state laws and scope of practice Conduct skin exams and diagnose dermatological concerns Administer aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to : Laser treatments Chemical peels Other non-surgical cosmetic procedures Provide medical consultations with a focus on preventive care and holistic wellness Educate clients on treatment options, preventive care, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records Stay current with advancements in medical, aesthetic, and wellness practices Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of California Board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC) Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or related fields highly preferred Skilled in administering cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about health, beauty, and wellness with a client-centered mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Current BLS certification required 401k retirement plan Health Care FSA Vision benefits Dental benefits Retention bonus Medical benefits Referral bonus Sick pay Weekly pay

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (30-minute unpaid meal break)
Guaranteed Hours : 38 per week

Position Overview :
