Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Workday solutions

Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday modules

Lead and mentor a team of Workday professionals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT or HR technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing Workday implementations

Proven track record of managing large-scale Workday projects

Experience in a global organization, managing cross-functional teams

Deep expertise in Workday solutions and architecture
