Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor in Penn Yan, NY, to provide comprehensive health assessments, oversee LPN / Medical Liaison staff, and coordinate client care within a compassionate, trauma-informed environment.

Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, making referrals, supporting staff development, administering medications, maintaining patient records, and educating clients on wellness.

Qualifications include an AAS in Nursing (BS preferred), RN licensure, at least two years of relevant experience (IDD care experience and bilingual in Spanish preferred).
