Key Responsibilities

Handle non-acute triage clinical calls for patients and caregivers

Provide care to patients in various environments and collaborate with healthcare teams

Utilize digital platforms to enhance communication and care delivery

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of experience in a clinical setting

Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute

Proficiency in Microsoft software and solid computer skills

Completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred
