Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures, including both cranial and spinal surgeriesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialistsInterpret diagnostic imaging studies such as MRIs, CT scans, and angiograms for diagnosis and treatment planningProvide consultations, assessments, and follow-up care for patients in both outpatient clinics and inpatient settingsAdditional Information
Board certification requiredMinimum two years of experience as a Neurosurgery Physician AssistantAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) certifications requiredMust be licensed to practice in MichiganBenefits
