Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage health and specialized benefit programs across multiple countries
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for benefits programs
Act as a subject matter expert on benefits and leave, advising leadership on program design and compliance
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Leave, or Total Rewards with global program ownership
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data evaluation and storytelling
Experience in leading implementations such as carrier transitions and PEO migrations
Familiarity with compliance standards related to benefits programs
Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and efficiently
