Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to maintain the highest standards of pizza preparation, quality, and service.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are readily available for pizza production.

Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation procedures, guaranteeing a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Collaborate with the culinary team to continually innovate and improve our pizza offerings while staying true to our core values.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

A love of all things PIZZA

At least 1 year of management experience at a fast paced restaurant.

Hospitality Background Preferred

Strong stamina with high energy

A good work ethic and attitude
