Speech Goals is looking for a motivated candidate with a bright outlook as a new addition to our therapy family, to hire right away. We have worked with many interns, SLPAs, new CFs and provide support, mentorship, and guidance from knowledgeable and experienced therapists.

CANDIDATE TYPES

• English and Spanish-bilingual candidates welcome

• experience with Early Intervention, ABA or SPED students, school-age clients, and family members

REQUIREMENTS

Early Intervention experience with special needs toddlers and families AND school-age experience

own mode of transportation

drivers license

2-week training & observation period interspersed with start of caseload, 3-month probationary period

supportive and collaborative interdisciplinary team : close collaboration with team of Early Childhood Intervention Specialists, SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, and Developmental Pediatrician

reduced commute time for office-based, child-directed therapy with access to materials

provided class furniture and therapy materials (when in office)

client-focused therapy : less reports, less deskwork, more time to make a difference with our families!

monthly therapist meetings : for support, sharing therapy concepts, and discussions with guest speakers
