job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPaid training program 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Excellent work / life balance Employee discounts on purchases Supportive management and team environment Career advancement opportunities Clean, detail, and prep vehicles for delivery or display Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors; clean and vacuum interiors Assist with general body shop clean-up and organization Maintain cleanliness of service lane, driveways, and sidewalks Provide general lot supervision and keep vehicle lots neat and orderly Drive vehicles to and from service stalls, body shop, and parking areas as needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Previous detailing or dealership experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to spot imperfections (smudges, missed areas, etc.) Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Valid drivers license with good driving record Upload resume and complete online assessment for priority consideration! Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident Customer Service
