A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager, R&D.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with R&D teams and business leaders to provide insights and recommendations for improved outcomes
Lead financial efforts and deliver insights on R&D projects, including ROI analysis and KPI optimization
Oversee R&D headcount management and budget tracking, ensuring disciplined spending and real-time forecasting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, analysis, or related fields
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs / Sheets / Slides; experience with SQL and NetSuite is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and develop actionable strategies
Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with business partners
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous
