RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members
• Collaborate with all other team members of the childs educational environment
• Client Observations
• Conducting functional behavior assessments including functional analyses
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients behavior intervention plans
• Develop and implement skills acquisition programming
• Providing feedback and supervision to RBTs
• Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data
• Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members

REQUIREMENTS :

Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred

1-3 years of experience as a BCBA preferred

Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team

Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds

Must pass background check
