What You’ll Do

  • Leverage your P&C broker network to identify, qualify, and close new business
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to presentation to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor PEO solutions for clients
  • Build referral partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and forecast effectively
  • Attend local networking events and industry conferences as needed
  • What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PEO, insurance, or HR outsourcing
  • Strong connections within the Property & Casualty broker community
  • Proven ability to build a book of business through relationships and referrals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated and organized — thrives working independently and remotely
  • Experience selling into blue- and gray-collar industries preferred
