  • Job Summary :

    • We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing our guests with exceptional dining experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcome and valued.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are noted.
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen and receive food for service.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accurate presentations and garnishes.
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions in accordance with restaurant policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including resetting tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to provide excellent service.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions, and stay informed about menu changes and new offerings.
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
