We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team. This role will involve driving innovation and transformation across enterprise systems and processes while working directly with technical leadership. Job Description :

The Senior Technical Analyst will operate within a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment to support innovation, integration, and optimization across multiple technical disciplines. The position requires a versatile professional who can evaluate systems, identify improvement opportunities, and bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

Synthesize solutions across network infrastructure, software development, and enterprise architecture.

Analyze complex technical challenges and propose comprehensive solutions.

Evaluate and optimize existing systems and processes for improved efficiency.

Support the development and execution of technical strategies and tactical plans.

Identify and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks.

Collaborate with OIT and agency stakeholders to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.

Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

Required Qualifications :

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong systems thinking, pattern recognition, and synthesis skills.

Broad knowledge across technical domains :

Network infrastructure and architecture

Software development and engineering

Enterprise architecture and system integration

Enterprise IT operations and decision-making processes

Understanding of strategic versus tactical execution.

Experience in solution architecture and design.

Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term objectives.

Health and hospital experience preferred.
