Position Summary :

Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our xxxx division located in Houston, TX . The Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for shipments and receipt of all products and materials.

Position Reports to : Warehouse & Planning Manager

Job Duties :

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks
• Inspect received material
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks
• Order picking and preparation. Prepares orders for shipment, including loading, organizing, and wrapping orders, ensuring accuracy and package quality. Marking pallets / packages with the necessary DOT / OSHA labels as required by industry regulation
• Verify shipment and packages according to information on purchase orders
• Assists the team in cycle counting, inventory identification / location
• Maintain the shipping and receiving area organized
• Perform other related duties as assigned
